Faith-Forming Relationships
Just as God's spirit has taught us by grace, we create opportunities for others to learn about Faith in the context of community.
You can only learn so much sitting in the pews.....

Faith-forming Relationships is a ministry area designed to help people connect and engage with each other while spiritually developing as disciples of Jesus. There are lots of approaches with various degrees of depth. The following describes the options for FFR ministry:

Fellowship Time – Every Sunday at 10:00 there is a general gathering over snacks and drinks to connect and catch up on everyone’s week...... or maybe you make a new friend...
Open Groups – Come and go as you please. These are often topic specific: choir, bible studies, Sunday School classes, youth group, caregivers and crafters are examples of open groups at First UMC

Share Groups – These are more confidential and intentional in group make-up and structure. These groups can get more in-depth and discuss heavier topics. They rely on confidentiality, support and accountability. They also tend to develop deeper friendships.

If you are looking to connect, please reach out to one of the leaders below. Small group ministry is an integral part of our purpose as a church and we will do our best to find you one that best fits your needs.
